### sec.179J Application of part This part applies for sentencing an offender for an offence that is a relevant offence under the Victims’ Commissioner and Sexual Violence Review Board Act 2024 , section 39 . Under the Youth Justice Act 1992 , section 256A , this part also applies in relation to an offender who is a child. s 179J ins 2017 No. 8 s 12 amd 2024 No. 21 s 116 ; 2024 No. 54 s 60 sch 1
