### sec.162 Definitions In this part— indefinite sentence means a sentence of imprisonment for an indefinite term that— must be reviewed under this part; and is to continue until a court orders that the indefinite term of imprisonment is discharged. nominal sentence has the meaning given by section 163 (2) . qualifying offence means an indictable offence— against a provision of the Criminal Code mentioned in schedule 2 , as in force at any time (a relevant Code provision ); or that involved counselling or procuring the commission of, or attempting or conspiring to commit, a relevant Code provision. s 162 def qualifying offence ins 2010 No. 34 s 35 violent offence ... s 162 def violent offence amd 1997 No. 4 s 11 ; 1997 No. 9 s 50 ; 2000 No. 43 s 56 om 2010 No. 34 s 35 - (a) must be reviewed under this part; and - (b) is to continue until a court orders that the indefinite term of imprisonment is discharged. - (a) against a provision of the Criminal Code mentioned in schedule 2 , as in force at any time (a relevant Code provision ); or - (b) that involved counselling or procuring the commission of, or attempting or conspiring to commit, a relevant Code provision.
