### sec.162 Definitions
In this part—
indefinite sentence means a sentence of imprisonment for an indefinite term that—
must be reviewed under this part; and
is to continue until a court orders that the indefinite term of imprisonment is discharged.
nominal sentence has the meaning given by section 163 (2) .
qualifying offence means an indictable offence—
against a provision of the Criminal Code mentioned in schedule 2 , as in force at any time (a relevant Code provision ); or
that involved counselling or procuring the commission of, or attempting or conspiring to commit, a relevant Code provision.

- (a) must be reviewed under this part; and
