### sec.161ZZB Effect of amended order if respondent not notified of amendment This section applies if— a corresponding control order has been amended under section 161ZZ ; and the respondent has not been notified of the amendment. Until the respondent is notified of the amendment, the registered corresponding control order has effect and is enforceable against the respondent as if it had not been amended. s 161ZZB ins 2016 No. 62 s 279 (sec.161ZZB-ssec.1) This section applies if— a corresponding control order has been amended under section 161ZZ ; and the respondent has not been notified of the amendment. (sec.161ZZB-ssec.2) Until the respondent is notified of the amendment, the registered corresponding control order has effect and is enforceable against the respondent as if it had not been amended. - (a) a corresponding control order has been amended under section 161ZZ ; and - (b) the respondent has not been notified of the amendment.
