### sec.161ZX Application for registration of order
The commissioner may apply to the registrar for the registration of a corresponding control order.
The application must be accompanied by—
an affidavit that includes or is accompanied by—
a copy of the corresponding control order; and
enough information to enable the registrar to find that the order is a corresponding control order that is in force; and
any other affidavit the commissioner intends to rely on at the hearing of the application.
Also, the application must state—
whether the commissioner believes it is necessary for the corresponding control order to be adapted or modified for its effective operation in Queensland; and
if so, the details of the adaptation or modification the commissioner believes is necessary.
A condition of a corresponding control order is expressed in terms of legislation of the State in which the order was made. The application may state that the commissioner believes it is necessary for the order to be modified to refer to Queensland legislation.

(sec.161ZX-ssec.1) The commissioner may apply to the registrar for the registration of a corresponding control order.
