### sec.161ZM Authorised corrective services officer may give direction
If a control order, or registered corresponding control order, for a person includes a condition requiring the person to comply with a reasonable direction given by an authorised corrective services officer about a stated matter, an authorised corrective services officer may give the person a reasonable direction about the stated matter.
In giving a direction under subsection (1) , an authorised corrective services officer is subject to the directions of—
for a control order—the court that made the order; or
for a registered corresponding control order—the Supreme Court.

(sec.161ZM-ssec.1) If a control order, or registered corresponding control order, for a person includes a condition requiring the person to comply with a reasonable direction given by an authorised corrective services officer about a stated matter, an authorised corrective services officer may give the person a reasonable direction about the stated matter.
(sec.161ZM-ssec.2) In giving a direction under subsection (1) , an authorised corrective services officer is subject to the directions of— for a control order—the court that made the order; or for a registered corresponding control order—the Supreme Court.

- (b) for a registered corresponding control order—the Supreme Court.
