### sec.161J Amendment of certificate by proper officer to correct minor error
The proper officer of the court that issued a serious drug offence certificate may amend the certificate if the amendment is necessary to correct a minor error.
The proper officer may refer the matter to the court for a decision on whether the certificate should be amended and how.
Section 161M provides for the process to be followed by the proper officer of the court on the amendment of a serious drug offence certificate.

(sec.161J-ssec.1) The proper officer of the court that issued a serious drug offence certificate may amend the certificate if the amendment is necessary to correct a minor error.
