### sec.160 Definitions for div 3 In this division— current parole eligibility date , in relation to the imposition of a term of imprisonment mentioned in section 160A on an offender, means a parole eligibility date— previously fixed for the offender in relation to another term of imprisonment; and cancelled under section 160E on the imposition of the term of imprisonment. current parole release date , in relation to the imposition of a term of imprisonment mentioned in section 160A on an offender, means a parole release date— previously fixed for the offender in relation to another term of imprisonment; and cancelled under section 160E on the imposition of the term of imprisonment. impose , a term of imprisonment on an offender for an offence, includes make an order that the offender serve— the whole or part of suspended imprisonment for the offence; and the unexpired portion of an intensive correction order for the offence. s 160 def impose amd 2008 No. 55 s 142 parole eligibility date , for an offender, means the date fixed under section 160B (2) , (4) or (7) , 160C (2) , (3) or (5) , 160D (2) or (3) or 213 as the date the offender is eligible for parole. s 160 def parole eligibility date amd 2016 No. 62 s 275 ; 2019 No. 10 s 22 parole release date , for an offender, means the date fixed under section 160B (3) as the date the offender is to be released on parole. period of imprisonment means the period of imprisonment that includes the term of imprisonment mentioned in section 160A .
