### sec.15F Meaning of approved provider An approved provider is an entity approved by the chief executive (health) by gazette notice to provide drug assessment and education sessions. In this section— chief executive (health) means the chief executive of the department in which the Medicines and Poisons Act 2019 is administered. s 15F ins 2002 No. 59 s 7 amd 2019 No. 26 s 290 sch 2 (sec.15F-ssec.1) An approved provider is an entity approved by the chief executive (health) by gazette notice to provide drug assessment and education sessions.
