### sec.15AG Powers of Attorney-General or director of public prosecutions
Nothing in the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1984 or any Act or law prevents, or in any way limits, the exercise of a power conferred on the director of public prosecutions under section 15AE or 15AF .
Without limiting subsection (1) , in exercising a power conferred on the director of public prosecutions under this section, the director is not, despite the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1984 , section 10 , responsible to, or subject to the direction of, the Attorney-General.
Nothing in any Act or law prevents, or in any way limits, the performance of a function conferred on the Attorney-General under section 15AE or 15AF .

(sec.15AG-ssec.1) Nothing in the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1984 or any Act or law prevents, or in any way limits, the exercise of a power conferred on the director of public prosecutions under section 15AE or 15AF .
