### sec.156 Cumulative orders of imprisonment
If—
an offender is serving, or has been sentenced to serve, imprisonment for an offence; and
is sentenced to serve imprisonment for another offence;
the imprisonment for the other offence may be directed to start from the end of the period of imprisonment the offender is serving, or has been sentenced to serve.
Subsection (1) applies whether the imprisonment for the first offence is being served concurrently or cumulatively with imprisonment for another offence.

(sec.156-ssec.1) If— an offender is serving, or has been sentenced to serve, imprisonment for an offence; and is sentenced to serve imprisonment for another offence; the imprisonment for the other offence may be directed to start from the end of the period of imprisonment the offender is serving, or has been sentenced to serve.
(sec.156-ssec.2) Subsection (1) applies whether the imprisonment for the first offence is being served concurrently or cumulatively with imprisonment for another offence.
- (a) an offender is serving, or has been sentenced to serve, imprisonment for an offence; and
- (b) is sentenced to serve imprisonment for another offence;
