### sec.151J Offender to agree to making of order The court may consider making the treatment order only if the offender— agrees to the order being made; and agrees to comply with the order. s 151J ins 2017 No. 41 s 35 - (a) agrees to the order being made; and - (b) agrees to comply with the order.
