### sec.136 Notifications following making of order
A court that makes a community based order, or makes an order amending or revoking a community based order, must make it in the approved form and must cause a copy of the order to be given to—
the offender; and
the person in charge of an institution in which the order requires the offender to reside; and
the chief executive (corrective services), together with details of the offence in relation to which the order was made.
If an offender is required or permitted by a community based order to reside in another State or a Territory, the chief executive (corrective services) must cause—
a copy of the order; and
other relevant documents and information;
to be forwarded to the proper authority in that State or Territory.
