### sec.120A Amendment and revocation of s 108B community service order or graffiti removal order
This section applies to—
a community service order made under section 108B ; or
a graffiti removal order.
The court that made the order may, on application under this division, amend or revoke the order if the court is satisfied that, because of any physical, intellectual or psychiatric disability of the offender, the offender is not capable of complying with the order.
If a court other than the court that imposed the order amends or revokes the order, the first court must notify the original court of the amendment or revocation.

(sec.120A-ssec.1) This section applies to— a community service order made under section 108B ; or a graffiti removal order.
(sec.120A-ssec.2) The court that made the order may, on application under this division, amend or revoke the order if the court is satisfied that, because of any physical, intellectual or psychiatric disability of the offender, the offender is not capable of complying with the order.
