### sec.118 Multiple offences
If—
a court sentences an offender to 2 or more terms of imprisonment at the same time; and
the total period that the offender is sentenced to serve is longer than 1 year;
the court must not make an intensive correction order for any of the offences.
If—
a court sentences an offender to 2 or more terms of imprisonment at the same time; and
the total period that the offender is sentenced to serve is not longer than 1 year;
the court may make intensive correction orders for each of the offences.
The court may include the orders in a single form of order that specifies each offence for which an intensive correction order is made.
(sec.118-ssec.1) If— a court sentences an offender to 2 or more terms of imprisonment at the same time; and the total period that the offender is sentenced to serve is longer than 1 year; the court must not make an intensive correction order for any of the offences.
(sec.118-ssec.2) If— a court sentences an offender to 2 or more terms of imprisonment at the same time; and the total period that the offender is sentenced to serve is not longer than 1 year; the court may make intensive correction orders for each of the offences.
(sec.118-ssec.3) The court may include the orders in a single form of order that specifies each offence for which an intensive correction order is made.
- (a) a court sentences an offender to 2 or more terms of imprisonment at the same time; and
- (b) the total period that the offender is sentenced to serve is longer than 1 year;
