### sec.113 Effect of order
The effect of the order is that the offender is to serve the sentence of imprisonment by way of intensive correction in the community and not in a prison.
For the purposes of the provisions of an Act providing for disqualification for, or loss of, office or the forfeiture of benefits, the offender is taken not to have been sentenced to a term of imprisonment.
