### sec.110I Termination of graffiti removal order A graffiti removal order is terminated— when the offender performs graffiti removal service in accordance with the requirements of the order for the number of hours stated in the order; or if the offender is sentenced or further sentenced for the offence for which the order was made; or if the order is revoked under section 120A . s 110I ins 2013 No. 31 s 47 - (a) when the offender performs graffiti removal service in accordance with the requirements of the order for the number of hours stated in the order; or - (b) if the offender is sentenced or further sentenced for the offence for which the order was made; or - (c) if the order is revoked under section 120A .
