### sec.110F Multiple orders for multiple offences
Subsections (2) and (3) apply if an offender is convicted of 2 or more graffiti offences, whether or not the offender is also convicted of 1 or more other offences that are not graffiti offences.
The court—
must make at least 1 graffiti removal order for the offender; and
may make either or both of the following—
more than 1 graffiti removal order for the offender;
1 or more community service orders for the offender.
If the court makes more than 1 graffiti removal order, the number of hours of graffiti removal service ordered must not, when added together, total more than 40.
Subsection (5) applies if an offender is convicted of a graffiti offence and 1 or more other offences that are not graffiti offences.
The court may, in addition to a graffiti removal order, make 1 or more community service orders for the offender.
If, under subsection (2) or (5) , the court makes 1 or more graffiti removal orders and also makes 1 or more community service orders, the total number of hours of unpaid service ordered must not be more than 240.
