### sec.108C Effect if offender is also subject to other orders
This section applies if—
under section 108B , a court makes a community service order (the new order ) for an offender; and
the offender is also subject to 1 or more other community service orders or graffiti removal orders (the existing orders ); and
the total number of hours of unperformed unpaid service under the new order and the existing orders is more than 240.
For subsection (3) , the excess amount is the amount by which the total number of hours of unperformed unpaid service under the new order and the existing orders is more than 240.
Of the hours of service ordered to be performed under the new order, a number of hours equal to the excess amount must be performed concurrently with the unperformed community service under the existing orders.
Under section 108B , a court makes a community service order (the new order ) requiring an offender to perform 50 hours of service. The offender is also subject to other community service orders for which there are 220 hours of unperformed unpaid service. Of the hours of service to be performed under the new order, 30 hours are to be served concurrently with the hours of unperformed unpaid service under the existing orders.
