### sec.107 Multiple offences
A court may make 1 or more community service orders for an offender convicted of 2 or more offences.
If a court makes 2 or more community service orders, the number of hours of community service ordered must not, when added together, total more than 240.
A court may make 1 or more further community service orders for an offender who is subject to an existing community service order.
The number of hours of community service that the offender has not performed under the existing order, and the number of hours of community service ordered to be served under the orders made under subsection (3) , must not, when added together, total more than 240.
A court may make—
1 or more community service orders for an offender who is subject to an existing graffiti removal order; or
1 or more community service orders for an offender who is subject to an existing graffiti removal order and an existing community service order.
The number of hours of unperformed unpaid service and the number of hours of community service ordered to be served under the orders made under subsection (4A) (a) or (b) must not, when added together, total more than 240.
Subject to subsections (2) , (4) and (4B) all unpaid service to which this section applies is to be performed cumulatively unless the court orders otherwise.
This section applies subject to section 108C .

(sec.107-ssec.4) The number of hours of community service that the offender has not performed under the existing order, and the number of hours of community service ordered to be served under the orders made under subsection (3) , must not, when added together, total more than 240.
(sec.107-ssec.4A) A court may make— 1 or more community service orders for an offender who is subject to an existing graffiti removal order; or 1 or more community service orders for an offender who is subject to an existing graffiti removal order and an existing community service order.
(sec.107-ssec.4B) The number of hours of unperformed unpaid service and the number of hours of community service ordered to be served under the orders made under subsection (4A) (a) or (b) must not, when added together, total more than 240.
(sec.107-ssec.5) Subject to subsections (2) , (4) and (4B) all unpaid service to which this section applies is to be performed cumulatively unless the court orders otherwise.
(sec.107-ssec.6) This section applies subject to section 108C .
- (a) 1 or more community service orders for an offender who is subject to an existing graffiti removal order; or
- (b) 1 or more community service orders for an offender who is subject to an existing graffiti removal order and an existing community service order.
