### Section sch.1-sec-oc.7 section 5 (Trafficking in dangerous drugs), if the offender is sentenced for the offence on or after the commencement of the Serious and Organised Crime Legislation Amendment Act 2016 , section 164 , whether the offence or conviction happened before or after that commencement section 6 (Supplying dangerous drugs), if the offence is one of aggravated supply as mentioned in that section section 8 (Producing dangerous drugs), if the circumstances mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) of the penalty apply (sch.1-sec-oc.7-ssec.1) section 5 (Trafficking in dangerous drugs), if the offender is sentenced for the offence on or after the commencement of the Serious and Organised Crime Legislation Amendment Act 2016 , section 164 , whether the offence or conviction happened before or after that commencement (sch.1-sec-oc.7-ssec.2) section 6 (Supplying dangerous drugs), if the offence is one of aggravated supply as mentioned in that section (sch.1-sec-oc.7-ssec.3) section 8 (Producing dangerous drugs), if the circumstances mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) of the penalty apply
