### sec.74B Definitions for div 2A In this division— aggregate interest see section 74G (1) . associated persons see section 74C . direct interest see section 74E . indirect interest see section 74F . private company means a company that is not limited by shares, or whose shares are not quoted on the Australian Stock Exchange or any exchange of the World Federation of Exchanges. related persons see section 74D . relevant entity means— a person; or 2 or more associated persons. s 74B ins 2008 No. 16 s 15 - (a) a person; or - (b) 2 or more associated persons.
