### sec.122 Notices given by commissioner under previous s 13 A notice given by the commissioner under previous section 13(2)(a) and in force immediately before the commencement is, on and from the commencement, taken to be a notice given under section 59(2). A notice given by the commissioner under previous section 13(2)(b) and in force immediately before the commencement is, on and from the commencement, taken to be a notice given under section 60(2). s 122 ins 2004 No. 46 s 35 (sec.122-ssec.1) A notice given by the commissioner under previous section 13(2)(a) and in force immediately before the commencement is, on and from the commencement, taken to be a notice given under section 59(2).
