### sec.91D Chairperson for certain public hearings If a portfolio committee is examining a Bill for an annual appropriation Act in a public hearing under the Constitution of Queensland 2001 , section 26C the Speaker or the Deputy Speaker is the chairperson of the committee. If the Speaker is present as a witness before a public hearing mentioned in subsection (1) , the Deputy Speaker is the chairperson.
