### sec.75 Resignation of seat in the Assembly A member may resign his or her seat by signed writing addressed to the Speaker. The member’s seat becomes vacant when the Speaker receives the resignation. (sec.75-ssec.1) A member may resign his or her seat by signed writing addressed to the Speaker. (sec.75-ssec.2) The member’s seat becomes vacant when the Speaker receives the resignation.
