### sec.53 Particular documents are taken to be published when tabled or taken to be tabled in the Assembly
The following documents are taken to be published when tabled or taken to be tabled in the Assembly—
a report of a committee or an inquiry;
a Bill presented to the Assembly and the explanatory note for the Bill;
a report that, under an Act—
is received by a Minister or the Speaker; and
is required or permitted to be tabled in the Assembly.

- (a) a report of a committee or an inquiry;
- (b) a Bill presented to the Assembly and the explanatory note for the Bill;
- (c) a report that, under an Act— (i) is received by a Minister or the Speaker; and (ii) is required or permitted to be tabled in the Assembly.

- (ii) is required or permitted to be tabled in the Assembly.
- (i) is received by a Minister or the Speaker; and
- (ii) is required or permitted to be tabled in the Assembly.
