### sec.29 Obligation to attend before the Assembly
A person ordered to attend before the Assembly must not—
fail to attend before the Assembly as ordered; or
fail to attend from time to time as required by the Speaker in the course of the Assembly’s proceedings in relation to the matter on which the person was ordered to attend.
A person may be excused by the Assembly for a failure to attend, or to attend from time to time.
(sec.29-ssec.1) A person ordered to attend before the Assembly must not— fail to attend before the Assembly as ordered; or fail to attend from time to time as required by the Speaker in the course of the Assembly’s proceedings in relation to the matter on which the person was ordered to attend.
(sec.29-ssec.2) A person may be excused by the Assembly for a failure to attend, or to attend from time to time.
- (a) fail to attend before the Assembly as ordered; or
- (b) fail to attend from time to time as required by the Speaker in the course of the Assembly’s proceedings in relation to the matter on which the person was ordered to attend.
