### sec.172 Material held by committees A member of the Assembly who was a member of a pre-reform committee may give to the Clerk any material held by the committee immediately before the commencement. The Clerk may make the material available to a statutory committee to which the material is relevant. In this section— pre-reform committee means a committee established under repealed section 80. s 172 ins 2011 No. 15 s 44 (sec.172-ssec.1) A member of the Assembly who was a member of a pre-reform committee may give to the Clerk any material held by the committee immediately before the commencement.
