### sec.154 Retrospective application of s 9 This section applies to all words spoken and acts done in the course of, or for the purposes of or incidental to, transacting business of the Assembly or a committee before the commencement of section 9 that would have been proceedings in the Assembly if they had happened after the commencement of section 9. The protection provided by section 8 in relation to proceedings in the Assembly extends to all the words and acts. (sec.154-ssec.1) This section applies to all words spoken and acts done in the course of, or for the purposes of or incidental to, transacting business of the Assembly or a committee before the commencement of section 9 that would have been proceedings in the Assembly if they had happened after the commencement of section 9.
