### sec.13 Voting At a meeting of the Assembly or a Committee of the Whole House— a question is decided by a majority of the members present and voting; and the Speaker or Deputy Speaker presiding— has no deliberative vote; but if the votes are equal, has the casting vote. s 13 amd 2013 No. 32 s 93 - (a) a question is decided by a majority of the members present and voting; and - (b) the Speaker or Deputy Speaker presiding— (i) has no deliberative vote; but (ii) if the votes are equal, has the casting vote. - (i) has no deliberative vote; but - (ii) if the votes are equal, has the casting vote. - (i) has no deliberative vote; but - (ii) if the votes are equal, has the casting vote.
