### sec.101 Reporting commercially sensitive information to Assembly
This section applies if a portfolio committee considers that information obtained by the committee while considering works could, if reported to the Assembly—
have a serious effect on the commercial interests of a GOC, the Authority or a commercial entity; or
reveal trade secrets of a GOC, the Authority or a commercial entity.
The committee may report the information to the Assembly only if it considers it is in the public interest to report the information.

(sec.101-ssec.1) This section applies if a portfolio committee considers that information obtained by the committee while considering works could, if reported to the Assembly— have a serious effect on the commercial interests of a GOC, the Authority or a commercial entity; or reveal trade secrets of a GOC, the Authority or a commercial entity.
(sec.101-ssec.2) The committee may report the information to the Assembly only if it considers it is in the public interest to report the information.
