### sec.91 Restriction on release etc. of international and prohibited wildlife
A person, other than an authorised person, must not, unless authorised under this Act—
abandon or release international or prohibited wildlife into the wild; or
introduce international or prohibited wildlife into the State; or
keep or use international or prohibited wildlife that, in contravention of paragraph (b) , has been introduced into the State.
Maximum penalty—3,000 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
A person, other than an authorised person, must not otherwise keep or use international or prohibited wildlife unless—
the wildlife is dead and, if the wildlife is international wildlife, an approved tag is, under a regulation, attached to the animal or the part of the animal that is being kept or used; or
the keeping or use is the keeping or use of milk obtained from prohibited wildlife; or
the keeping or use is otherwise authorised under this Act or the Exhibited Animals Act 2015 .
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
