### sec.8 Meaning of nature
Nature includes all aspects of nature.
Without limiting subsection (1) , nature includes—
ecosystems and their constituent parts; and
all natural and physical resources; and
natural dynamic processes; and
the characteristics of places, however large or small, that contribute to—
their biological diversity and integrity; or
their intrinsic or scientific value.
