### sec.66A Conditions of protected area authority This section applies if, on or after the commencement of this section, a protected area authority becomes, under this Act, subject to an offset condition. To the extent the offset condition is inconsistent with a deemed condition, the deemed condition prevails. See the Environmental Offsets Act 2014 , section 5 (3) . Under that provision, particular imposed conditions prevail over deemed conditions.
