### sec.43E Agreeing to amend conservation agreement
The Minister and landholders bound by a conservation agreement for a special wildlife reserve may agree to amend the agreement.
However, the amendment must not adversely affect the conservation of nature in the special wildlife reserve.
If the amendment materially affects the rights or interests of a person mentioned in section 43A (5) , the amendment may be made only with the written consent of the person.
If a regulation under section 43J is required because of the amendment, the amendment does not take effect until the regulation commences.
Subsection (1) is subject to section 43C (1) .

(sec.43E-ssec.1) The Minister and landholders bound by a conservation agreement for a special wildlife reserve may agree to amend the agreement.
