### sec.42AQ Chief executive to lodge document for dedication, declaration or change
This section applies if a regulation is made for—
the dedication or declaration of the following under this division—
a national park (Aboriginal land);
a national park (Torres Strait Islander land);
a national park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land);
an Indigenous joint management area; or
the revocation, amalgamation or other change to an Indigenous joint management area under subdivision 3 .
The chief executive must lodge for registration with the registrar of titles a document evidencing the matter the subject of the regulation.
The document must—
be lodged as soon as practicable after the dedication, declaration, revocation, amalgamation or change is made; and
comply with any requirements of the registrar of titles.
If the dedication, declaration, revocation, amalgamation or other change mentioned in subsection (1) affects a part of a lot with the meaning of the Land Act 1994 , the document must be accompanied by a plan of subdivision for the change.

(sec.42AQ-ssec.1) This section applies if a regulation is made for— the dedication or declaration of the following under this division— a national park (Aboriginal land); a national park (Torres Strait Islander land); a national park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land); an Indigenous joint management area; or the revocation, amalgamation or other change to an Indigenous joint management area under subdivision 3 .
(sec.42AQ-ssec.2) The chief executive must lodge for registration with the registrar of titles a document evidencing the matter the subject of the regulation.
(sec.42AQ-ssec.3) The document must— be lodged as soon as practicable after the dedication, declaration, revocation, amalgamation or change is made; and comply with any requirements of the registrar of titles.
(sec.42AQ-ssec.4) If the dedication, declaration, revocation, amalgamation or other change mentioned in subsection (1) affects a part of a lot with the meaning of the Land Act 1994 , the document must be accompanied by a plan of subdivision for the change.
- (a) the dedication or declaration of the following under this division— (i) a national park (Aboriginal land); (ii) a national park (Torres Strait Islander land); (iii) a national park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land); (iv) an Indigenous joint management area; or
- (i) a national park (Aboriginal land);
- (ii) a national park (Torres Strait Islander land);
- (iii) a national park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land);
- (iv) an Indigenous joint management area; or
- (b) the revocation, amalgamation or other change to an Indigenous joint management area under subdivision 3 .
- (i) a national park (Aboriginal land);
- (ii) a national park (Torres Strait Islander land);
- (iii) a national park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land);
- (iv) an Indigenous joint management area; or
- (a) be lodged as soon as practicable after the dedication, declaration, revocation, amalgamation or change is made; and
- (b) comply with any requirements of the registrar of titles.
