### sec.32 Revocation of protected areas
The Governor in Council may, by regulation, revoke the dedication of a protected area in whole or part.
The regulation may be made only if the Legislative Assembly has, on a motion of which at least 28 days notice has been given, passed a resolution requesting the Governor in Council to make the revocation.
This section does not apply to a protected area, or a part of a protected area, that is an Indigenous joint management area.
