### sec.29 Dedication of protected areas
A regulation may dedicate a specified area of State land as—
a national park (scientific); or
a national park; or
a conservation park; or
a resources reserve.
The classes of protected areas mentioned in subsection (1) are listed in descending order of the level of protection given to them under this Act.

(sec.29-ssec.1) A regulation may dedicate a specified area of State land as— a national park (scientific); or a national park; or a conservation park; or a resources reserve.
