### sec.23 Management principles of coordinated conservation areas
A coordinated conservation area is to be managed to—
conserve the area’s natural and cultural values by coordinated management involving the area’s various landholders; and
take account of the area’s values, including its recreational, educational and commercial values; and
provide for the interests of the various landholders to be maintained.
