sec.218Existing approved forms

### sec.218 Existing approved forms This section applies in relation to a form that was— approved by the chief executive under a former relevant provision; and in effect immediately before the commencement. On the commencement, the form is taken to be approved by the chief executive under section 174D for the purpose for which it was approved under the former relevant provision. In this section— former relevant provision means each of the following provisions, as in force from time to time before the commencement— the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 , section 396; the Nature Conservation (Plants) Regulation 2020 , section 207; the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2017 , section 159BL. s 218 ins 2022 No. 21 s 23 (sec.218-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a form that was— approved by the chief executive under a former relevant provision; and in effect immediately before the commencement.
