### sec.210 References to particular protected areas
From the commencement, in an Act or document—
a reference to a special management area (scientific) may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to a national park (scientific); and
a reference to a regional park may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to a conservation park or resources reserve; and
a reference to a regional park (general) may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to a conservation park; and
a reference to a regional park (resource use area) may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to a resources reserve.
