### sec.205 Definitions for division In this division— old class , of protected area, means— a national park in which an area of the national park was declared as a special management area (scientific) under the unamended Act; or a regional park under the unamended Act. unamended Act means this Act as in force immediately before the commencement. s 205 prev s 205 ins 2013 No. 55 s 153 exp 28 March 2015 (see s 205(4)) pres s 205 ins 2016 No. 22 s 30 - (a) a national park in which an area of the national park was declared as a special management area (scientific) under the unamended Act; or - (b) a regional park under the unamended Act.
