### sec.19 Management principles of national parks (Torres Strait Islander land)
A national park (Torres Strait Islander land) is to be managed as a national park.
Subject to subsection (1) , a national park (Torres Strait Islander land) is to be managed, as far as practicable, in a way that is consistent with any Ailan Kastom applicable to the area, including any Ailan Kastom relating to activities in the area.

(sec.19-ssec.1) A national park (Torres Strait Islander land) is to be managed as a national park.
