### sec.174 Application of Statutory Instruments Act
The Statutory Instruments Act 1992 , sections 49 and 50 do not apply to a regulation mentioned in the following provisions of this Act—
section 30
section 32 (2)
section 33 (2)
section 43J (1)
section 70E (2).
Subsection (1) has effect despite the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 , section 52 .
