### sec.173M Appeal against refusal to approve application or approval of application with conditions
This section applies if—
a person who has an interest in land that is the subject of an enforcement order applies, as required under section 173K , for the enforcement order to be removed from the registrar of titles’ records; and
the chief executive refuses to approve the application or approves the application with conditions.
The applicant may appeal against the chief executive’s decision to the court within 28 days after the applicant receives notice of the decision under section 173L .
If the applicant appeals against the decision, the court may make any order it considers appropriate, including, for example, an order directing the registrar of titles to remove the particulars of the enforcement order from the registrar’s records.

(sec.173M-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person who has an interest in land that is the subject of an enforcement order applies, as required under section 173K , for the enforcement order to be removed from the registrar of titles’ records; and the chief executive refuses to approve the application or approves the application with conditions.
(sec.173M-ssec.2) The applicant may appeal against the chief executive’s decision to the court within 28 days after the applicant receives notice of the decision under section 173L .
(sec.173M-ssec.3) If the applicant appeals against the decision, the court may make any order it considers appropriate, including, for example, an order directing the registrar of titles to remove the particulars of the enforcement order from the registrar’s records.
