### sec.154G Dangerous seized thing must be destroyed
This section applies to a seized thing (a dangerous seized thing ) that is—
an explosive under the Explosives Act 1999 ; or
a trap, snare, net or birdlime; or
a decoy; or
a poison.
The chief executive must destroy the dangerous seized thing at the time the chief executive considers appropriate, having regard to the reason for the seizure and any other matter relevant to the risks posed by the thing.

(sec.154G-ssec.1) This section applies to a seized thing (a dangerous seized thing ) that is— an explosive under the Explosives Act 1999 ; or a trap, snare, net or birdlime; or a decoy; or a poison.
(sec.154G-ssec.2) The chief executive must destroy the dangerous seized thing at the time the chief executive considers appropriate, having regard to the reason for the seizure and any other matter relevant to the risks posed by the thing.
- (a) an explosive under the Explosives Act 1999 ; or
- (b) a trap, snare, net or birdlime; or
- (c) a decoy; or
- (d) a poison.
