### sec.154E Seizure by chief executive of stock found during muster in protected area This section applies if— the chief executive, under this Act, conducts a muster of stock in a protected area; and during the muster, stock are found on the protected area; and the owner of the stock— is unable to be contacted by the chief executive; or does not remove the stock from the area when asked by the chief executive. The chief executive may seize the stock and remove the seized stock from the protected area. s 154E ins 2022 No. 21 s 15 (sec.154E-ssec.1) This section applies if— the chief executive, under this Act, conducts a muster of stock in a protected area; and during the muster, stock are found on the protected area; and the owner of the stock— is unable to be contacted by the chief executive; or does not remove the stock from the area when asked by the chief executive. (sec.154E-ssec.2) The chief executive may seize the stock and remove the seized stock from the protected area. - (a) the chief executive, under this Act, conducts a muster of stock in a protected area; and - (b) during the muster, stock are found on the protected area; and - (c) the owner of the stock— (i) is unable to be contacted by the chief executive; or (ii) does not remove the stock from the area when asked by the chief executive. - (i) is unable to be contacted by the chief executive; or - (ii) does not remove the stock from the area when asked by the chief executive. - (i) is unable to be contacted by the chief executive; or - (ii) does not remove the stock from the area when asked by the chief executive.
