### sec.154E Seizure by chief executive of stock found during muster in protected area
This section applies if—
the chief executive, under this Act, conducts a muster of stock in a protected area; and
during the muster, stock are found on the protected area; and
the owner of the stock—
is unable to be contacted by the chief executive; or
does not remove the stock from the area when asked by the chief executive.
The chief executive may seize the stock and remove the seized stock from the protected area.

(sec.154E-ssec.1) This section applies if— the chief executive, under this Act, conducts a muster of stock in a protected area; and during the muster, stock are found on the protected area; and the owner of the stock— is unable to be contacted by the chief executive; or does not remove the stock from the area when asked by the chief executive.
(sec.154E-ssec.2) The chief executive may seize the stock and remove the seized stock from the protected area.
- (a) the chief executive, under this Act, conducts a muster of stock in a protected area; and
- (b) during the muster, stock are found on the protected area; and
- (c) the owner of the stock— (i) is unable to be contacted by the chief executive; or (ii) does not remove the stock from the area when asked by the chief executive.
- (i) is unable to be contacted by the chief executive; or
- (ii) does not remove the stock from the area when asked by the chief executive.
- (i) is unable to be contacted by the chief executive; or
- (ii) does not remove the stock from the area when asked by the chief executive.
