### sec.130 Identity cards
The Minister must issue an identity card to—
each conservation officer; and
each honorary protector.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photograph of the conservation officer or honorary protector; and
be in a form approved, in writing, by the Minister; and
in the case of a conservation officer who is a special conservation officer—state that the officer is a special conservation officer; and

a conservation officer who is a police officer; or
a person who holds an identity card, issued under another Act by a Minister or chief executive of a department, that identifies the person as a conservation officer.
A person who ceases to be a conservation officer or honorary protector must, as soon as practicable, return an identity card issued under subsection (1) to the Minister.
