### sec.120GA Review of management program
The chief executive and the landholder of land in a special wildlife reserve must jointly review the management program for the reserve—
no later than 5 years after the program first takes effect (the first review ); and
subsequently, at intervals of not more than 5 years after the first review.
Subsection (1) applies even if the management program has been amended in the period before the review is required.
On completing a review under subsection (1) , the chief executive and landholder may agree—
that the landholder will prepare an amended management program under section 120EF ; or
to leave the management program unchanged.
