### sec.120EF Amendment of management program The landholder of land in a special wildlife reserve may, at any time, prepare an amended management program for the reserve for approval by the chief executive. Section 120EC applies to the amended management program as if— a reference to the Minister were a reference to the chief executive; and a reference to a management program were a reference to the amended management program. An amended management program for a special wildlife reserve has effect when it is approved by the chief executive. s 120EF ins 2019 No. 8 s 25 (sec.120EF-ssec.1) The landholder of land in a special wildlife reserve may, at any time, prepare an amended management program for the reserve for approval by the chief executive. (sec.120EF-ssec.2) Section 120EC applies to the amended management program as if— a reference to the Minister were a reference to the chief executive; and a reference to a management program were a reference to the amended management program. (sec.120EF-ssec.3) An amended management program for a special wildlife reserve has effect when it is approved by the chief executive. - (a) a reference to the Minister were a reference to the chief executive; and - (b) a reference to a management program were a reference to the amended management program.
