### sec.118 Approval of final management plan
The Governor in Council may, by gazette notice, approve a final management plan.
The gazette notice must state—
where a copy of the management plan is available for inspection; and
if, immediately before the approval of the management plan, a management statement is in effect for the area—the management statement ceases to have effect on the day the management plan takes effect.

(sec.118-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may, by gazette notice, approve a final management plan.
(sec.118-ssec.2) The gazette notice must state— where a copy of the management plan is available for inspection; and if, immediately before the approval of the management plan, a management statement is in effect for the area—the management statement ceases to have effect on the day the management plan takes effect.
